Convenience. Speed. Quality. Value.
For braiders, Braidova provides an additional channel through which their skills can generate income by connecting them with customers who need their services.
2. How do I register as a Braidova braider?
Start by completing the Braidova Braider Application.
The application helps Braidova learn about your experience, location, service area, specialties, availability, and the types of braiding services you are comfortable performing.
Braidova may request additional information or examples of your work during the review process where needed.
3. Is there a fee to register?
No.
Braidova braider registration is free.
There is no fee to submit a braider application or register for consideration to join the Braidova braider network.
4. Does registering automatically mean I am approved?
No.
Registration begins the application and review process.
Braidova reviews applicants based on factors such as experience, demonstrated skills, professionalism, service area, availability, and the needs of the platform.
5. What happens after my application is approved?
Once approved, you receive an invitation to activate your personal Braidova braider account.
You then complete the required onboarding information and confirm your profile, skills, availability, and other required details.
Once your account is active and your onboarding requirements are completed, you may begin receiving or viewing eligible Braidova opportunities based on your skills, availability, service area, and customer demand.
6. Will I have my own Braidova account?
Yes.
Each approved braider receives a personal Braidova braider account.
Your account is private and is accessed using your own login credentials.
Through your account, you can manage information such as:
- Your profile
- Approved skills
- Availability
- Service area
- Eligible opportunities
- Accepted jobs
- My Shifts
- Job details
- Support information
- Earnings and payout information as those features become available
Your account is intended to be your main Braidova workspace.
7. Can another braider access or manage my account?
No.
Your Braidova account is personal to you.
You are responsible for protecting your login information and should not allow another person to use your account to accept, manage, or complete Braidova assignments on your behalf.
8. What information will I need to provide?
Depending on the stage of registration and onboarding, Braidova may request information such as:
- Your name and contact information
- Location and service area
- Years of braiding experience
- Braiding specialties
- Availability
- Styles you are comfortable performing
- Typical completion times for selected styles
- Examples of your work or portfolio information where needed
The information helps Braidova match the right braiders with the right opportunities.
9. Why may Braidova ask for examples of my work?
Examples of your work help Braidova understand the quality and type of braiding services you perform.
They may also help determine which styles and assignments are appropriate for your skills.
You are not expected to specialize in every hairstyle.
10. Can I update my profile, skills, or availability later?
Yes.
Your availability, service area, skills, experience, and other relevant information may change over time.
Keeping your Braidova profile current helps the platform match you with suitable opportunities.
11. Why should I work with Braidova if I already have my own customers?
Braidova is not designed to compete with you for the customers you already have.
A simple way to understand the model is to think about Uber and Airbnb.
An Uber driver already has the car. Uber helps bring riders.
An Airbnb host already has the property. Airbnb helps bring guests.
With Braidova, you already have the talent and braiding skill. Braidova helps bring additional customers who need it.
Your existing customers remain your customers.
Braidova gives you another opportunity to earn from skills you already have.
12. Will Braidova take over my existing customers?
No.
Customers you already have remain your customers.
Joining Braidova does not transfer your existing customer relationships to Braidova, and Braidova does not need access to your private customer list.
Your existing customers remain yours.
Customers introduced through Braidova remain Braidova customers.
13. Can I continue serving my own customers?
Yes.
You can continue serving your existing customers and pursuing your own legitimate business activities.
Braidova is an additional earning channel rather than a replacement for the clientele or business you have already built.
14. What happens when Braidova introduces a customer to me?
Customers introduced through Braidova should continue to book and transact through Braidova.
Braidova works to attract customers, organize the booking process, coordinate service information, manage the customer relationship, and support the overall experience.
For that reason, Braidova customers should not be taken outside the platform for private bookings.
15. Do I have to work every day?
No.
Flexibility is an important part of the Braidova model.
You provide your availability, and eligible opportunities can be matched with the times you are available.
You control when you make yourself available for Braidova opportunities.
16. Do I have to accept every Braidova opportunity?
No.
You may review eligible opportunities and decide which assignments fit your availability, skills, and circumstances.
However, once you accept an assignment, Braidova expects that commitment to be honored.
17. How do I manage Braidova jobs?
Eligible opportunities can appear through your Braidova braider account.
You can review the available information before accepting an assignment.
Once accepted, the job becomes part of your Braidova work schedule so you can manage your assignments through your account.
18. What information will I know before accepting an assignment?
Depending on the service, Braidova may provide:
- The hairstyle
- Appointment date
- Appointment time
- Estimated service duration
- Service location or area
- Expected compensation
- Important service requirements
- Hair or preparation information
- Whether another braider is involved, where applicable
19. How are braiders paid?
The compensation connected with an assignment is communicated before the braider accepts it.
Compensation may vary depending on the service, expected work time, complexity, qualification, performance level, and special assignment requirements.
Braidova manages the customer transaction and coordinates payment for completed Braidova assignments according to the applicable payment process.
20. How will I set up my payout account?
Braidova plans to provide approved braiders with a secure payout setup as part of their account onboarding.
Banking information will be entered through a secure payment provider rather than being shared with customers or other braiders.
Once payout setup is completed, eligible earnings from completed assignments can be sent to the braider's registered payout account according to Braidova's payment schedule.
21. Will Braidova store my checking account or routing number directly?
Braidova's preferred approach is to use a secure payment provider to handle sensitive banking and payout information.
This allows braiders to set up and manage payout information securely while Braidova manages jobs, earnings, and payment status.
22. Will I be able to see my earnings and payment status?
As Braidova's payout features become available, braiders will be able to access relevant earnings and payout information through their Braidova account.
This may include completed-job earnings, pending earnings, payout status, recent payouts, and tip information where applicable.
23. Why should I accept Braidova work when I can charge my own customers directly?
Your independent business and Braidova serve different purposes.
When working independently, a braider may handle customer acquisition, advertising, inquiries, scheduling, deposits, cancellations, location, payments, and customer issues.
For customers coming through Braidova, the platform coordinates many of these activities.
Your primary role is to provide the professional braiding service you accepted.
24. Do I need to know how to perform every style offered by Braidova?
No.
You identify the styles you are experienced and confident in performing.
Braidova uses that information to help match opportunities with braiders whose skills fit the requested service.
25. Can I add more approved styles later?
Yes.
As your skills and experience grow, additional services may be added to your Braidova profile where appropriate.
26. What is a Fast Hands Braider?
Fast Hands recognizes braiders who can work efficiently while maintaining Braidova's quality and professional standards.
It considers speed, quality, neatness, consistency, professionalism, and reliability.
Speed without quality does not meet the Braidova standard.
27. Does Braidova use team braiding?
Braidova may activate team braiding where the service, location, customer needs, and available workforce make it appropriate.
Because Braidova focuses on convenience, speed, quality, and value, there may be situations where more than one qualified braider works on a service.
Team braiding does not apply to every appointment.
28. What information will I receive for a team-braiding assignment?
Braidova will explain relevant details such as:
- The service
- The number of braiders involved
- Your expected role
- The estimated time
- The applicable compensation
- How the service will be coordinated
29. Can a customer request me specifically?
Where appropriate and subject to availability, customers may be able to indicate a preferred braider.
However, Braidova customers continue to book and transact through the Braidova platform.
30. Can I work for another salon, another platform, or independently?
Yes.
Braidova does not require braiders to give up their personal business, existing customers, or other legitimate earning opportunities.
If you accept a Braidova assignment, honor the commitment.
31. Does Braidova guarantee a certain number of assignments?
No.
The number of available opportunities depends on customer demand, location, availability, approved skills, service requirements, performance, and reliability.
32. How does Braidova determine which opportunities I am eligible for?
Eligibility may consider:
- Approved skills
- Availability
- Service area
- Customer requirements
- Performance and reliability
- Expected service duration
- Special appointment requirements
33. Does my location or service area matter?
Yes.
Braidova may consider both the customer's service location and the braider's indicated service area when matching opportunities.
34. Will customers see my private information?
Braidova shares only information reasonably necessary to support the service and customer experience.
Braiders are also expected to protect customer information and use it only for legitimate Braidova service purposes.
35. What happens if I accept an assignment and later need to cancel?
Braidova understands that genuine emergencies happen.
If you cannot attend an accepted assignment, notify Braidova as soon as possible.
Repeated avoidable cancellations may result in temporary limits on access to future opportunities.
36. What happens if the customer cancels or does not show up?
Braidova maintains cancellation and no-show policies designed to protect the time and commitments of everyone involved.
Where applicable, cancellation or no-show charges may apply.

Yes.
Customers may choose to recognize excellent service through tips.
Where more than one braider participates, Braidova will apply the appropriate process for handling and distributing the tip.

39. What if a customer asks for something different from what was booked?
Do not make a major change to the booked service or pricing without proper confirmation.

40. What if the customer's hair condition makes the booked service unsuitable?
Communicate the concern before proceeding.
Braidova wants services to be performed safely and professionally.
If the requested service cannot reasonably be completed as booked, the situation should be reviewed so the customer can understand available alternatives.
41. What if I have a problem with a customer?

Braidova's vision is to become a trusted destination for professional braiding services.
Today, customers often say:

Great technology and strong operating systems are important, but talented professional braiders are at the heart of that vision.
